  Fiberglass cable bracket is a steel frame made of composite material with synthetic resin as the adhesive and glass fiber and its products as the reinforcement material. It is suitable for various cable section cable laying occasions and has good tensile and bending strength.

  Structure and Characteristics:

  A composite material made by using synthetic resin as a binder and glass fiber and its products as reinforcing materials is called glass fiber reinforced plastic. Due to its high strength, which can be compared to steel, it is also known as fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP).

  The specific gravity of lightweight high-strength fiberglass is only 1.4-2.0, which is only 1/4-1/6 of ordinary steel grids, about 1/3 lighter than aluminum. However, its mechanical strength can reach or exceed the level of ordinary carbon steel. For example, some epoxy and unsaturated polyester fiberglass can achieve tensile and bending strength of over 400MPa. Calculated by specific strength, it has reached or exceeded the level of certain special alloy steels.

  Excellent chemical corrosion resistance. The electrochemical corrosion mechanism of fiberglass is different from that of ordinary metals. It is non-conductive and will not dissolve ions in electrolyte solutions. Therefore, it has good chemical stability to atmospheric, water, and general concentrations of acids, alkalis, salts, and other media. Especially, it has strong non oxidizing acids and good adaptability in media with a wide range of pH values. In the past, some media that could not be handled with stainless steel, such as hydrochloric acid, chlorine gas, carbon dioxide, dilute sulfuric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and sulfur dioxide, can now be effectively solved with fiberglass.

  This product is molded from glass fiber bulk molding material, and the molding process is reliable. It can adapt to the requirements of automation and mechanization production, improve working conditions, and is a new way to efficiently produce special-shaped polyester fiberglass products. The product has precise dimensions, smooth surface, uniform and standardized parameters, and stable quality.
